Contingent Search

This method of search is best utilised when a client has very specific recruitment requirement in mind and is more focused on a prompt hiring process than gathering intelligence of competing desks. Contingent search typically yields a much quicker turnaround when compared with the more research intensive retained search, however it will yield a lower volume of information for the client.

 

The service is less consultation focused & is more about providing a specific solution to an already identified recruitment need. The above factors make this service a less labour intensive medium of search, and as a result the service can be offered on a “no placement no fee” basis.

 

Contingent search works well for filling junior to midlevel vacancies in a tight time frame.
