Strategic In-house Recruitment Solution

Venator Associates offers a Strategic In-house Recruitment Solution (SIRS) that empowers clients to handle their own senior level recruitment internally. We understand that in the current economic climate that budgets are being squeezed and as a result on some projects the option of using external recruiters can become less attractive. We also understand that a large proportion of executives currently working in internal recruitment functions have prior experience working for search firms / recruitment companies. What this can amount to is a situation where a company has both the need and skill-set to handle their own high level recruitment internally, but are prevented from doing so by a lack of data on the relevant population of candidates.  

 

To address this we have developed a research product that provides a mapping of a predefined population at a predefined level, and thus enables the client to handle their own recruitment by strategically targeting the individuals they want rather than relying on job adverts to try and reach their targets. This product comes with the added benefit of a significantly lower cost than either a retained or a contingent search, and also allows the firm to keep potentially sensitive information regarding expansion or departures internal to the firm.
